Rebook Procedure

As a salon we endeavour to build strong personal relationships with all our clients. Part of this relationship is establishing when visiting our boutique best suits you and reserving that time for you in advance. We recommend our clients securing their desired time and set the appointment to be reoccurring throughout the year then altering to best suit your Christmas/ New year plans. This procedure is favoured by majority of our clients. We can provide you with an emailed schedule of your appointments, alternatively you can access your schedule and edit any appointments using the mind body app.

Your Appointment

We ask that all clients aim to arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your treatment, as arriving late to an appointment may reduce your treatment time. Your treatment will end on time so that the next client will not be delayed. The full value of your scheduled treatment will be applied.

Cancellation Policy

We kindly as you give us 12 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

If this is not met, 50% of your service fee will be charged.

Reminder messages are always sent out the day prior to remind you and give you the opportunity to reschedule.

We do understand that very inconvenient and urgent matters do arise, and we will waive the fee at our managements discretion.
